In his earlier career, Cory spent a decade coaching college soccer and now leverages insights from his coaching background to help clients build high-performing teams. A former collegiate All-American goalkeeper with a Literature degree from Sterling College, he is passionate about finding exceptional talent and uniquely qualified candidates with diverse experiences.

Originally from Southeast Texas, Cory lives in Greensboro with his wife Sara, daughter Sabine, and their two dogs, Zoe and Mushu. In addition to soccer, he has personal affinities for fashion, deadlifting, coffee, País wine, mid-century modern design, and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
